These terms apply to use of this informational website. Client projects are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

Inquiries and project scope

Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract. Pricing, deliverables, production methods, deadlines, revision rounds, payment terms, cancellation terms, and usage rights are agreed in writing before a project starts.

Materials and permissions

Clients should provide only materials they are authorized to use. Licensing and permissions for final creative assets, creator appearances, music, and distribution are addressed in the project agreement.

No performance guarantee

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside creative production. We do not promise particular sales, revenue, views, or advertising returns.

Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, harmful content, unauthorized materials, or false inquiries, or interfere with this website’s operation.
